Replace picture, keep same scale

Previously, in InDesign CS4, I was able to insert and replace a picture in a frame – and have it keep the scale of the previous picture.

I can still replace, but now in InDesign CS 5.5, it fits content to frame by default.

This has become a pain. Anyone know how to set this to "keep same scale" or something like that?
