ID6 Crashes at "Save As"

I have been reading up on the ID crash issues with Mountain Lion, but have not read an instance where it crashes only when trying to save.

Running OS 10.7.4., Have downloaded/installed the ID update and deleted the prefs...

Rarely use InDesign, but need it for a project today. Everytime I try to Save or use Save As it will crash. I can export as PDF without any issues. Where do I go from here?
