Problem, Spreads are rotating and printing off page

I'm trying to print facing page spreads landscaped on tabloid. The preview shows the pages in the correct orientation, but when I print the document, the first spread prints correctly, but the subsequent spreads seem to be rotated and are printing vertically, off the page. This is happening on in both print and print booklet. I'm running CS3 on Leopard.

Any thoughts?
