How do I get a book to skip sections when numbering

Hi

     I've got a book file made of of several files. I would like to add in breaker pages that are skipped by the auto numbering. Here's an example

Section1  1-10

Breaker1  i-ii

Section2  2-20

Breaker2  i-ii

I know I can do this manually but if the number of pages in any of the sections changes everything after it is thrown off.
