I am getting an error when installing, the installer did not initialise. The PDA.log file has the following in it.

1/3/2013 14:11:15.159 [FATAL] DeploymentNativeApplet The start applet did not return the result xml. StartApplet returned <error>Failed to open session</error>

I have seen reference to downloading the instaler file again, where can I find these files ?
