Spreading CMY on a reverse in black

If I'm doing reversed out type in a black box, but the black box is done in CMYK as a rich black, what do I need to do to the ID file to spread the C,M, &Y so there is absolutely no whisker of these colors along the edge of the type. Using CS5.5.
