Is there a way to bypass allowance button when starting a video?

Hi there:). At the moment I´m creating a layout for a monthly magazine which has links to videos outside of the pdf.

When I click that link, there is a pop-up window asking for allowance to go on the internet. Is there a way to bypass that pop up window and go straight to the video?

I would be grateful for any answers.
