Help With Updating Table

Hi, I have a table created in last years's book:

I want to "try" and simply update it with the new in Word.docx

Is this EASY uncomplicated or should I just try and rebuild the table from scratch in Id?

HOW DO I DO UPDATE THE TABLE IN Id???
