Text variable plus align_tab = ID crash

hi,

I checked it many times, changing details, but always got to restart InDesign:

My ID CS 5 always crash, when I type text variable (Custom text) and place a tab after.

It happends when I am changing tab options to Tab_Align_On (no matter which sign I type into Leader Field) and press "Enter".

Other tabs in use - works OK.

Can you confirm it as a bug recognized already or should I start looking for a reason somewhere else...
