My InDesign C5.5 is running extremely slow, some files are slower than others. When I create a text box and begin typing it will hang anywhere from 2-5 min on average. I've turned off the preflight function, set the Live Screen Drawing to Never, reinstalled fonts and still continue to have the hang ups. I've also tried exporting as .imdl, creating a new document then dragging the existing file to the new document via the pages panel. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
