I'm trying to build an "Add to Calendar" function into a publication that lists several events. I've created the events in my iCal, linked the buttons in InDesign to the individual .ics files, and gotten everything in perfect working order....except! When the user clicks the "Add to Calendar" and opens the .ics file, it actually subscribes to the entire calendar, as opposed to just adding the one singular event to their own calendar. Perhaps I'm setting up the .ics file wrong? Has anyone tried doing this before with normal expected results?
Also, if this topic is not specific to InDesign, where else can I post it? I just posted here because I'm building the publication in InDesign..
